I started taking these 6/22/26, just two weeks ago. I cannot say I have yet to notice a difference, but it is early. I am already receiving plenty of the vitamins contained in these capsules. What I was missing, and what my doctor wants me to get are the Extracts (Eleuthero Root Extract, Rhodiola Root Extract, Schisandra Berry Extract, Ashwagandha Root Extract, and Chinese Licorice Root Extract) contained in these capsules. We will see how things go in the upcoming weeks. One thing I would like to note. The capsules are not small 15/16” x 5/16”, but I did find them easy to swallow.
This product is so helpful for my children with colds, allergies, ear infections. It’ll absolutely be a staple in our house!
My mom's doctor prescribed it for her, and suggested that I take it as well.
I start every morning with two, and end my day with two and feel the anti inflammatory response in my body. I couldn’t promote the benefits more and I am thankful to have found them through Dr. Carines office.
Instead of Pure Rest they send me Pure Zen and I only noticed it after some time. Will try to contact if it can be replaced. Super disappointed!!!

The Best Allergies Medicine, better than Benadryl and known herbal blend that packs a healthful punch so your life is easier symptoms free in few days to weeks, Non-GMO, Helps to start loading doses before allergies attack and our family loves this. Try it. I believe you will love it. It lowered Rx costs and over all hearth cost plus works as directed beautifully. This is great for cough and colds. Helps ease the buildup of mucous and calms my coughing. It also helps during my fall allergies.
I've been using Aloe 250 for years, since my hormone doctor recommended it. In addition to a healthy way to stay regular, the doctor who did my follow-up colonoscopy described my colon as "beautiful." There are phases where I don't need to take it at all, but for the most part a daily 250 is perfect.
This was recommended to us by my daughter’s pediatrician for drool rash and OH MY GOD it makes such a difference!!!! I was initially just using stored breast milk and putting it on her cheeks but I knew I needed another product and this one was SERIOUSLY a game changer. I mean, you can see in the pictures the before and after (I had only been applying it for about a day, and LOOK at her face)! I don't have a lot of experience with essential oils but had this one recommended to me by my cranial sacral practitioner to help with stress. She instructed me to place a very small amount behind each ear over the carotid artery or along the breastbone. Within three days it was like a cloud lifted. It was a profound change for me. Again, I don't have experience with essentials but when I told my cranial sacral woman about it, she said that that's again and again, the feedback she gets around this particular oil. And it smells amazing - soft and subtle, very calming.
Healed early gum disease including efforts by dentist to treat gums (ouch!). Hygienist measured gums every 3 mos when gum treatment concluded, 6 mos later, and measurements were improving. Have been using for at least 15 years
