Raw Fudge

Super delicious packed with protein and goodness!

 1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup raw carob or cacao powder

1/4 cup ground raw sesame seeds

1/4 cup ground raw pecans or sunflower seeds

1/2 cup raw honey or agave nectar

2 cups chopped nuts (raw cashews or Brazil nuts)

2 tsp vanilla

2 tbs coconut oil

1/4 tsp sea salt

Process and press into coconut-oiled pan or make into little balls. Refrigerate. Enjoy immensely!  Share.  Makes 3 dozen.  Keeps well in refrigerator.

We take these on hikes, to sports events and even in school lunches as a snack or dessert.  They travel well and have been enjoyed in the mountains and at the beach!
