Instead of Pure Rest they send me Pure Zen and I only noticed it after some time. Will try to contact if it can be replaced. Super disappointed!!!

L-theanine, an amino acid found in green tea, supports resilience to stress by increasing alpha brain wave activity. Two capsules of Pure Rest include 450 mg valerian root extract, 200 mg jujube seed extract, 150 mg passionflower extract, 150 mg L-theanine and 100 mg hops strobile extract.

I have tried EVERYTHING to help with my sleep post menopause. Low estrogen leads to poor sleep for ne. This product saved me. It relaxes me into a beautiful deep sleep without any hangover feelings. As a 55 year old woman I have been through menopause. Once I hit that I slept maybe one night a week. I had serious insomnia. I have tried everything.
