I take Respiratory Defense daily, and it is a great immune booster. If I do start to feel like I am getting sick, I increase the dosage, and it works to help my body fight whatever is attacking it. Customer support from Purely Integrative is wonderful!
I tell everyone about Respiratory defense complete. I have a friend that got sick on every trip. He had to go to the doctor as soon as he got home. With this vitamin he never gets sick before or after the trip. I have purchased many bottles for friend. I got the covid and my niece lives in Ohio and sent me a bottle. I keep a bottle all the time. Respiratory defense, is the most effective Product for the early onset of colds, flu upper respiratory infections, severe allergies,  whatever it is that’s got your system down with the sniffles. You take this product and in three days you'll be feeling right as rain. It does for me in two days, but that’s just me and everybody’s immune system is different. I’ve been taking it for the past five years and I would not have anything else, but this product in my medicine cabinet.
Respiratory Defense Complete is our family’s go-to remedy for flu season! Works just as well as similar more expensive brands. Take at the first sign of a cold or flu and it keeps it from going deeper into the body. Highly recommended!

Can't prove it, not a Dr. But sure feel better when I take the maintenance dosage. Feeling a tickle, go to 3 a day and cold either doesn't materialize or is very mild. Great product.

I take the defense product daily as directed. It seems to keep me from having sooo many seasonal allergy issues that I usually have and thus keeps me away from bronchitis! I love this product.
We love this product! Helps so many ways
The old taste was superior. I now add lemon juice. The little packets cannot be opened except with a scissors which is annoying. It would be so nice if they could be torn open. And the powder tends to clump up so that it is hard to pour -- especially if you order more than one month at a time.
I purchased this product along with the Curcumin, and my cold symptoms were clear within days. This has become a new supplement staple
